Board Liaison
Location: Portland, Oregon
Hours: M-F, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Reports to: Executive Assistant
Salary: $23 - $29 Per Hour

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing all board logistics by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties:
Manage all Board logistics, including meetings, mailings, sign-on letters, event invitations, updates, and other important communications.
Handle new Board member orientation and onboarding and support Board engagement strategy.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Board members, Executive Committee members, and Board related matters.
Work closely with the Executive Director, Executive Leadership Team, and Development Department on Board communication and planning.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding all Board and Executive Committee Members.
Provide administrative and strategic support regarding Board matters.
Attend all Board Meetings and prepare minutes and agendas.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education:
This role requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar subject. In addition to the education requirement, this position requires three to five years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be used to satisfy these requirements.
