The partnership between POIC and Portland State University gives students of color the opportunity to make a liveable wage, access resources like scholarship funds, and get real-life work experience.

Following a POIC + RAHS job fair at Portland State University, two students of color have joined POIC + RAHS as part-time staff. The initial hires directly address the limited access to professional development opportunities for Black and Brown students.
